Are you a care provider? In 2020, 53 million family members were caring for loved ones and this number is only growing. Join us to learn and better understand what individuals experience with dementia and how to change your approach to improve quality of life for all. 

This program is for anyone who is affected by dementia. The event will be composed of an interactive presentation and Q & A session by Diane Slovin, Certified Independent Positive Approach to Care Advanced Consultant and Mentor, followed by a presentation and Dementia Live+ experience by Grace Hospice. 

5 week Carepartner Support Series:

A virtual support series for caregivers

We will meet online every Wednesday evening from 7:00PM ET - 8:30PM ET. The dates for the series are:
